More Than a Transaction

One of the most meaningful aspects of Scott’s career is the multi-generational relationships he has built throughout more than four decades in the San Fernando Valley. He has had the opportunity to represent buyers and sellers at the same address two or even three different times as properties have changed hands over the years. He has also helped the children of former clients — some of whom he first knew when they were young — become homeowners, buyers, and sellers themselves.

The trust Scott has earned extends beyond individual transactions. Several longtime clients have included instructions in their estate or trust planning expressing their desire for Scott to represent their children or heirs in future real estate matters involving the family property. Scott has also shared his experience by mentoring more than 200 real estate agents throughout his career.
